Behaviour change: The ripple effect
Duncan passionately believes that we need to embrace people as the strength in any organisation, creating an environment that puts those that do the work at the centre of making the decisions. Following the principle of “you own what you help to create”, Duncan will describe how VolkerStevin, one of the UK’s leading maritime and flood risk management contractors, has a behavioural change programme which is designed around developing a positive environment, putting decision making with the skilled workers carrying out the work.
